I must admit, upon arrival, the initial letdown of the missing breakfast was slightly dampened by the convenient location, a stone's throw from lively dining spots and the serene lakefront. The staff was kind, swiftly relocating us away from the raucous freeway and attending promptly to our needs. However, cleanliness felt somewhat amiss, with unwelcome guests of the cockroach variety in the first room. Contrasting this, the serene oasis of the spa facilities, featuring large whirlpool bathtubs and an indoor pool, added a touch of tranquility to my stay. With a touch of luck, I avoided further mishaps and relished in the soothing sauna sessions, a true remedy for travel fatigue. The seamless business services saved the day when I misplaced my key, showcasing the hotel's functionality amidst its quirks.a neutral experience with room for improvement - but worth a visit for those seeking a peaceful respite coupled with a dash of adventure.
